Estimator - Bespoke Joinery and FurnitureJob Title: Estimator - Specialist Joinery and WoodworkingJob reference Number: Office Based: GuildfordRemuneration: £38,000 - £40,000negBenefits: Comprehensive benefits package The role of Estimator - Specialist Joinery and Woodworking will involve:Estimator position dealing with a high end range of bespoke furniture and joinery projects for residential sectors (desks, panelling, furniture, cabinets, surfaces etc.)Managing projects from initial enquiry through to final quotation, ensuring accurate and commercially viable pricing Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documents to identify scope, materials, quantities and project requirements Producing detailed take-offs, BOQs and quotations within required deadlines Estimating material, labour, manufacturing and installation costs Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain costs for specialist materials and outsourced requirements Working closely with designers, architects, clients and production teams throughout the estimating process Providing technical support, answering client queries and maintaining strong relationships Supporting project handovers and monitoring costs through to completionThe ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Specialist Joinery and Woodworking withMust have Estimating experience within the joinery, bespoke interior products, furniture market or closely related sectorsGreat technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, ..... full job details .....
