Estimator

Job Title: Estimator 
Job Type: Permanent, Full time - site and office based 
Location: Office - Dartford, Site North London area 
Rate of pay: £40k per annum DOE 

ARC are currently looking for an Estimator with a commercial background to join a growing property maintenance and refurbishment company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for maintenance, repair, and refurbishment projects.
• Review specifications, drawings, and project requirements.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Conduct site visits to assess project scope and costs.
• Support tender submissions and pricing proposals.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure accurate project costing.

Requirements:

• Previous estimating experience within property maintenance, construction, or refurbishment.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
