Construction Estimator We are delighted to be recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an experienced Construction Estimator to join one of our clients on a full-time, permanent basis. Based in the East Midlands, this is an excellent opportunity to join a successful and growing construction business, with a salary of up to £75,000, dependent on experience. The Role As a Construction Estimator, you will play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive estimates and tenders, working closely with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to support successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates, tender pricing and bid submissions Review and interpret drawings, specifications and project documentation Obtain, assess and analyse supplier and subcontractor quotations Carry out quantity take-offs and detailed cost analysis Identify and highlight commercial and project risks Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors Support the handover of successful projects to the delivery team Ensure estimates are accurate, commercially competitive and submitted within required deadlines About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: Previous experience working as an Estimator within the commercial or industrial construction sector A strong understanding of construction methods, materials and processes The ability to confidently interpret technical ..... full job details .....
