Estimator

Position: -Estimator (Hybrid)

Location: Rugby

Salary: up to -70,000 plus package D.O.E

Estimator or Senior Estimator from a specialist Sub-Contractor background will be considered.

Our client is a Tier 2 main contractor who currently enjoy a turnover of -100 million, delivering primarily New Build & Refurbishment projects from a Head office located in the West Midlands. They predominately operate within select business sectors including Logistics & Distribution, Commercial & Later Living.

They generally deliver projects ranging in value from -5million up to -28million and a negotiate the majority of their projects secured.

The Pre-Construction Director is keen to further develop and strengthen their Pre-Construction Team with introduction of experienced Senior Estimator or Estimator.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience of personally managing tenders from allocation to adjudication.
• Experience of working independently as well as in a Team
• Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
• Stable career history demonstrating long-term commitment
