Estimator

Position: Estimator (Hybrid) Location: Rugby Salary: up to 70,000 plus package D.O.E Estimator or Senior Estimator from a specialist Sub-Contractor background will be considered. Our client is a Tier 2 main contractor who currently enjoy a turnover of 100 million, delivering primarily New Build and Refurbishment projects from a Head office located in the West Midlands. They predominately operate within select business sectors including Logistics and Distribution, Commercial and Later Living. They generally deliver projects ranging in value from 5million up to 28million and a negotiate the majority of their projects secured. The Pre-Construction Director is keen to further develop and strengthen their Pre-Construction Team with introduction of experienced Senior Estimator or Estimator. The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience of personally managing tenders from allocation to adjudication.
