      <description>Location: City | Salary: 45000.00-45000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Estimator Yorkshire  Morson Edge are currently supporting a leading Tier 1 main contractor with the appointment of an Estimator to join their established pre-construction team.  This is a permanent opportunity working across a strong pipeline of major construction projects.  - The role  As an Estimator, you will play a key role in preparing competitive and commercially robust tenders, working closely with the wider pre-construction team and supply chain.  - Key responsibilities  Prepare detailed estimates and tender submissions  Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation  Obtain and analyse subcontractor and supplier quotations  Produce accurate pricing and cost information  Liaise with the supply chain throughout the tender process  Support the preparation of competitive bids  Assist with the successful handover of projects into delivery  - What were looking for  Previous estimating experience within a main contractor environment  Strong understanding of building construction and the tender process  Experience preparing tenders for construction projects  Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail  Ability to analyse drawings, specifications and supply-chain ...</description>
