This is an opportunity to play a key role in the pre-construction process, working closely with commercial, engineering and operational teams to develop accurate estimates and identify commercial opportunities. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions. Review tender documentation, drawings and technical specifications. Produce accurate costings and assess project requirements. Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations. Identify commercial risks, opportunities and potential cost savings. Liaise with internal teams, clients, subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure tenders are completed accurately and submitted within deadlines.
