As an Estimator you will: Be responsible for preparation and submission of all bids. Review specifications, drawings, schedules and tender documents. Analyse labour, material and plant subcontractors for best value. Produce BoQ and pricing schedules. Identify and monitor risk/opportunities. Be experience of working for a Civil Engineering contractor. Have excellent communication skills. Have experience of reviewing contract terms and Conditions, identifying and clarifying scope of work at tender stage and creating commercial strategies. Have worked on tenders within the Civil Engineering industry. Have working knowledge of NEC & JCT contracts.
