This is an opportunity to work on highly engineered, mission critical developments where every detail matters. You''ll play a key role in producing accurate, commercially robust estimates that help shape project strategy from the earliest stages through to successful tender submission. The Role As the MEP Estimator, you''ll be responsible for preparing accurate mechanical, electrical and public health estimates for major construction projects, working closely with Design, Engineering and Commercial teams throughout the tender process. You''ll review technical information, engage with specialist supply chain partners and identify risks, opportunities and value engineering solutions to ensure competitive, high quality submissions. Your responsibilities will include: Reviewing MEP drawings, specifications and equipment schedules. Preparing detailed MEP cost plans, estimates and quantity take offs. Obtaining and analysing subcontractor quotations. Identifying design, procurement and buildability risks. Allowing for testing, commissioning and handover requirements. ..... full job details .....
