This is a good opportunity for an estimator who enjoys being close to the work and having direct input into bids.The role Review drawings, specifications and tender information to understand the scope of work.Prepare estimates, cost build-ups and tender submissions.Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations.Identify risks, exclusions and opportunities before tenders are submitted.Work with the pre-contract and delivery teams to make sure bids reflect how the work will be carried out.Attend occasional site visits when needed.
