Known for its collaborative culture and forward-thinking approach, the business supports flexible working, including hybrid arrangements and working from home.Your new role As Estimating Manager within the Workspace Division, you will play a key strategic role in leading the estimating function, ensuring accurate, competitive, and commercially sound submissions for a range of fit-out and refurbishment projects. You will manage and develop a team of estimators, working closely with pre-construction, design, and delivery teams to help secure new business opportunities.Responsibilities will include:Leading the preparation of detailed and competitive cost estimates and tender submissionsManaging, mentoring, and developing a team of estimatorsReviewing tender documentation, drawings, and specifications to identify risk and opportunityCollaborating with internal stakeholders across pre-construction and project delivery teamsEngaging with supply chain partners to obtain accurate and competitive pricingPresenting cost plans and tender strategies ..... full job details .....
