Estimating and Purchasing Executive

Firmin Recruit are delighted to be working with your established manufacturing client based in the Aylesford area of Kent. My client is a well-established retail packaging manufacturer, who have been established for over 40 years. My client employs over 100 personnel in the design, manufacture, and distribution of packing products. They work with major global, blue-chip brands. Due to business expansion my client is recruiting for a highly competent and motivated Estimating and Procurement Executive to join their established Estimating and Procurement team. The Role: Reporting to the Estimating and Procurement Manager, the role will focus on providing a high level of technical expertise and competency within all areas of production and operations-based administration The successful candidate will have experience within a production based administrative role or similar in addition to possessing strong attention to detail. Main Responsibilities: Receiving enquiries from Customer Service Executives and other internal personnel and creating estimates for potential jobs and tenders Raising official Works orders for production jobs using business management systems Sourcing and raising Purchase Orders for any material, consumables, items, and services required for production jobs Internal liaison with sales, QA, logistics, production, planning, and finance departments to collate requisite job information Managing all necessary logistics and warehousing for work in progress Input, ..... full job details .....
