Estimating and Procurement Executive Location: Aylesford Salary: 30,000- 35,000 Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri 8am-5:30pmWe are recruiting an Estimating and Procurement Executive to join a well-established retail manufacturer on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone with purchasing, estimating, or technical operations experience looking to take ownership of production procurement and supplier management in a dynamic environment.What you''ll do:Prepare estimates for jobs and tenders in collaboration with Customer Service and internal teamsRaise Works Orders, Purchase Orders, and maintain accurate production/job records in business management systemsSource materials, consumables, and services while managing supplier relationshipsTrack raw materials, consumables, and office stock; process purchase ledger invoicesMonitor supplier performance through KPIs and regular reviewsLiaise across Sales, QA, Logistics, Production, Planning, and FinanceSupport continuous process improvement and team targetsWhat we''re looking for:Experience in purchasing, estimating, or technical operationsStrong supplier management skills and negotiation abilityCommercial awareness, with understanding of gross profit and marginsOrganised, flexible, and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlinesIT literate with confident use of Microsoft OfficePackaging sector experience is a plus but not essentialExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBenefits:25 days annual leave + 8 bank ..... full job details .....
