We''re recruiting exclusively, on behalf of our client, for an Estimating and Internal Sales Team Leader to take ownership of their estimating function, ensuring customer enquiries are managed efficiently, quotations are delivered accurately, and opportunities are converted into profitable business. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role at the heart of the business, acting as the key link between Sales, Estimating, Operations, and Suppliers to deliver exceptional customer service and commercial success. The company: This family run, award winning business, have a team of almost 30 with 8 external Sales people. In this new role, you will oversee the flow of incoming sales enquiries, coordinate workloads across the estimating team, and ensure quotations are produced accurately and within agreed timescales. You will provide leadership, direction, and support to the team while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction, quote conversion, operational efficiency, and profitability.
