A brand-new independent is opening this September in leafy South West London, and we’re looking for someone who wants more than just a job.

This is your chance to shape how things run, right from day one.

You’ll be joining at the start, working side by side with an Estates Director who knows exactly what the job involves because they’ve done it themselves. No micromanaging. No red tape. Just trust, support, and a shared goal: to build an outstanding school environment together.

There’s a strong central team backing you, and a gorgeous historic campus that’s already buzzing with transformation. But right now, it’s all hands on deck, you’ll muck in, roll up your sleeves, and help wherever it’s needed.

You’ll need a solid background in estates or maintenance, ideally in a school. Maybe you’re a caretaker or site lead ready to step up, or already a supervisor wanting a bigger role. Trade knowledge is key, and you should feel confident leading health & safety checks, helping with compliance, and setting high standards for site presentation.
