Estates Surveyor

I am currently working with a company that are looking for an interim Estates Surveyor for an intial 3-6 month period.

This role will focus surrounding general property and estates management. This involves lease renewals, rent reviews, property inspections etc.

The portfolio includes industrial and retail properties like offices and land.

The client would need a minimum of 2 days per week in Lincoln and potentially 3 days on other weeks.

Ideally you will be MRICS qualified with 2+ years PQE.
