This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist Estates team responsible for a substantial portfolio of telecommunications assets across the UK and Ireland. Operating at the heart of the UK''s digital connectivity network, the business manages thousands of sites and continues to play a critical role in supporting mobile and wireless infrastructure nationwide. Reporting to the Head of Estates, you will manage a varied portfolio of transactional and property management matters, working closely with internal stakeholders, landlords, solicitors, surveyors and customers to maximise value across the estate. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of estates transactions, delivering commercial outcomes and securing best value for the business. Lead negotiations relating to lease renewals, rent reviews, freehold acquisitions, assignments and other property agreements. Undertake property management activities across a large UK and Ireland estate portfolio. Support network rollout projects by advising on property agreements and securing landlord consents.
