Estates Surveyor

On behalf of DWP, we are looking for an Estates Surveyor (Inside IR35) for a 12 month contract. This is a hybrid working role (three days per week office based - Central Region). The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is responsible for welfare, pensions, and child maintenance policy. Job Purpose: Supporting the Asset Manager (LCW/Surveying) with delivery of the Life Cycle Works (LCW) strategy, you will manage the process of carrying out asset surveys across the estate and specifying the scope of works for LCW programmes.
