      <description>Location: Woking | Salary: &amp;pound;500/day | Type: Temporary | Marks Consulting Partners are recruiting an Estates Surveyor on behalf of a Local Authority client in Surrey. This is a temporary position suited to an experienced, MRICS-qualified professional who is confident working across a broad estates and asset management remit within a public sector environment.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES     Supporting the management of a mixed property portfolio   Assisting with lease renewals, rent reviews, new lettings, and general estate management activities   Providing valuation advice and general estates consultancy   Assisting with property acquisitions and disposals   Maintaining accurate asset data and ensuring ongoing compliance   Supporting the development and implementation of asset management plans    WHAT YOU''LL NEED     MRICS qualification (essential)   Experience working within a public sector or local authority property environment (desirable)   Strong knowledge of estates management, valuations, and landlord and tenant matters &lt;/ul</description>
