This is a permanent role paying up to -53k per annum, working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. What you will be doing: Managing a designated portfolio of properties, delivering repairs and maintenance as required Acting as a property expert for colleagues across the estate, providing high levels of service and support Overseeing property works in alignment with retail and operations managers, within agreed SLAs Assessing property issues and taking appropriate action Maintaining accurate records across estate and FM databases and cloud based systems Providing advice on retail and commercial lease acquisitions and disposals Liaising with agents, landlords, neighbouring occupiers, solicitors and local authorities Procuring and managing contractors, ensuring they are vetted and all work meets health and safety legislation What you will need: Level 6 or higher professional surveying qualification (desirable, but not essential) Current membership of a professional...
