This is a key role within a strategic estates team managing a large and diverse property portfolio.You will play a pivotal role in delivering property disposals and asset management initiatives, ensuring best value and supporting long-term strategic objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a range of property disposals and asset transfers from inception through to completionEnsure compliance with Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972Undertake valuations, feasibility studies, and options appraisalsDevelop robust business cases aligned to strategic asset management plansLead on negotiations including heads of terms, leases, and sales agreementsWork closely with internal stakeholders, legal teams, and external agentsContribute to asset reviews and long-term estate strategiesCarry out site inspections across a varied portfolio including rural locationsEssential RequirementsDegree qualified in Estate Management, Real Estate, or related fieldProven experience in estate management, disposals, and asset transfersStrong knowledge of local authority processes ..... full job details .....
