Estates Surveyor

Our client, a large multi-site organisation, is seeking an experienced Estates Surveyor to lead the strategic and operational management of a diverse property portfolio.This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring property lease and facilities services are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and cost-effectively while supporting long-term organisational objectives. Job Title: Estates SurveyorSalary: Circa 60,000 per annumRemote, Field-Based Role Key Responsibilities:Manage a multi-site property portfolio, overseeing estates, facilities, and leasing activitiesLead planned, reactive, and statutory maintenance programmesEnsure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirementsManage budgets, forecasting, and cost optimisation initiativesOversee lease management, supplier performance, and stakeholder relationshipsLead property projects including acquisitions, disposals, relocations, and refurbishmentsDrive asset lifecycle planning, sustainability initiatives, and continuous improvement Skills and Experience:RICS, IWFM, or equivalent professional qualificationSignificant experience in estates, facilities, or property managementProven track record managing multi-site portfoliosStrong knowledge of compliance, facilities management, and lease administrationExperience managing budgets and delivering operational efficienciesExcellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsHuntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all ..... full job details .....
