From supervising the maintenance team and contractors, to overseeing compliance checks, portering, and hands-on maintenance tasks, you will enjoy a broad and interesting role where no two days are the same.The ideal candidate will bring experience in estates, premises, or facilities management, a proactive and practical approach, and the confidence to lead a small team. Strong organisational skills, solid knowledge of health and safety, and a hands-on attitude are essential. Lead and supervise the estates team in their day-to-day dutiesManage and motivate a small maintenance team to deliver a high-quality serviceOversee all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance, compliance, and health and safetyLiaise with contractors and ensure external works are carried out to a high standardManage portering services, including set-ups for events and occasional evening/weekend workSupport energy management monitoring and contribute to minor project worksThe Person
