Pay - £20 - £22 per hour INSIDE IR35 We are currently recruiting for an Interim Estates Services Officer to support the effective delivery of estate services across a residential housing portfolio. This is a varied, hands-on role combining estate inspections, contractor monitoring, waste management, resident engagement and administrative support. Working closely with the contracts management team, you will help maintain high standards across communal areas and external spaces, ensuring issues are identified, reported and resolved promptly. The successful candidate will be proactive, organised and confident working both on-site and in an office environment, with a strong focus on customer service and continuous improvement.
