encouraging innovation, high performance, and job satisfactionMake sure everything we do is safe, compliant, and resident-focusedWhat we’re looking for:We’re after someone who:Has at least 2 years of relevant experienceHas a strong background in estate services or grounds managementKnows their stuff when it comes to landscape maintenance, cleaning, trees, and contract deliveryHolds a relevant horticultural qualification (like NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)Has a solid understanding of service charges and budget managementIs a people-person
