The role Leathemarket JMB is looking for an Estates Services Caretaker to join our team and help keep housing estates clean, safe, and welcoming. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in maintaining communal areas for residents. Key Responsibilities As an Estates Services Caretaker, you will be responsible for: Cleaning communal areas including paths, roads, lifts, stairways, balconies, bin areas, and shared spaces. Carrying out sweeping, mopping, litter removal, and waste removal tasks. Completing seasonal tasks such as leaf clearance, gritting, and snow clearance. Safely removing bulky waste and assisting with collection points where required. Using cleaning equipment, machinery, chemicals, and PPE safely. Reporting health and safety hazards, vandalism, and any concerns across the estates. Monitoring areas such as lifts and play spaces, reporting any issues promptly.
