The Estates Senior Project Manager will manage building services and engineering projects across pharmaceutical, laboratory, R&D and commercial facilities. The role will oversee projects from concept through to completion and handover, ensuring compliance with GMP/GxP, EHS, CDM, budget and programme requirements. - Your Responsibilities: Manage engineering and building services projects from concept to handover. Oversee contractors, consultants and specialist engineering SMEs. Manage capital projects, budgets, programmes and commercial contracts.
