Your Role: You will be ensuring projects are fully defined, specified and priced, with all necessary surveys completed. You will be liaising with external agencies and stakeholders to coordinate access and programming requirements. You will be specifying, tendering and evaluating projects in a timely, cost effective manner that delivers value for money. You will be preparing pre-construction information packs in accordance with Construction (Design and Management) Regulations. You will be providing project handover files to the Project Delivery Team and maintaining compliance with company management systems and processes.
