Our client is seeking an Estates Project Manager to play a key role in the delivery of their capital investment programme and planned maintenance projects across their property portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development, sustainability, and ongoing improvement of facilities that support frontline emergency services. Working closely with the Estates Manager, you will lead the planning, procurement, delivery, and monitoring of a variety of construction and refurbishment projects. You will provide specialist advice on project management, contracts, procurement, compliance, and sustainability, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and within budget.
