Salary: £57,000 - £63,000 Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term Contract with possibility of becoming permanent Location: Harrow, London (with flexibility) Closing date: ASAP Benefits: Generous annual leave, pension scheme, opportunity to make a lasting impact within a respected hospice charity We have a great opportunity for an Estates Project Manager to co-ordinate a significant redevelopment project This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a major capital programme that will directly support the future delivery of vital care services. As part of this exciting role, you will act as the charity''s client-side lead for a major redevelopment project, taking responsibility from the development of the brief and business case through to completion, commissioning and handover. You will appoint and manage external consultants and contractors, establish robust governance processes, oversee planning and statutory approvals, manage programme timelines, budgets and risks. Working closely with senior leadership, Trustees and operational stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation''s future estate. To be successful as the Estates Project Manager you will need: Substantial experience delivering complex capital, estates, refurbishment or redevelopment projects from inception through to completion.
