Job Description:An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Estates Project Coordinator to join a dynamic team within a leading organisation in the agricultural sector. This role involves managing property-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and regulatory compliance. The position is remote, based in Lincolnshire, with regular travel across the UK to various sites.
Responsibilities:
Assist with estate management activities, including repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
Maintain accurate property records and ensure compliance with landlord responsibilities.
Support construction and development projects, focusing on refurbishment and new builds.
Liaise with third parties such as utility providers and local authorities.
Provide regular updates and reports on project progress.
Skills and Attributes:
Experience in property or facilities management, preferably in agriculture.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
Knowledge of Town and Country Planning and Environmental Permitting.
Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
Flexibility and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced environment.
