Estates Performance & Compliance Manager

An experienced Estates Performance & Compliance Manager is required to lead compliance governance, assurance and statutory compliance across an estates environment in Kent.

You''ll take responsibility for strengthening compliance frameworks, coordinating statutory programmes and ensuring PPM, asset data and contractor activities remain aligned with legislative and industry requirements.

The Role
 
As the Estates Performance & Compliance Manager, you''ll:

• Develop and continuously improve the Estates Compliance Framework.
• Create policies, procedures and assurance frameworks to strengthen compliance governance.
• Produce reporting that supports senior management oversight of compliance and risk.
• Align PPM programmes, statutory inspections and asset data with SFG20 requirements.
• Coordinate FRA, WRA, CDM, COSHH and environmental compliance programmes.
• Review contractor RAMS, Safe Systems of Work and mandatory training records.
• Lead compliance audits, inspections, investigations and assurance reviews.
• Embed lessons learned and improvements across estates operations.

About You
 
To be successful as the Estates Performance & Compliance Manager, you''ll have:

• Significant experience within Estates, Facilities Management, Compliance or Engineering.
• Strong experience managing statutory compliance across estates or infrastructure environments.
• Experience developing and implementing compliance frameworks and governance arrangements.
• Knowledge of statutory inspections, PPM and asset compliance requirements.
• Experience coordinating compliance programmes such as FRA, WRA, CDM and COSHH.
• Confidence reviewing RAMS, Safe Systems of Work and contractor compliance.
• Experience delivering compliance audits, investigations or assurance reviews.
