This is an important role that helps ensure our College environment remains safe, secure, welcoming and well maintained for students, staff and visitors.  As an Estates Operative, you will support the day-to-day operation of our campus, carrying out a wide range of duties across College buildings and grounds. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards throughout the estate, responding to operational requirements and helping to ensure facilities are fit for purpose and presented to the highest standard.  The service operates between 7.30am and 9.30pm and includes occasional weekend working. Your normal working hours will be seven hours per day, plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.  Post 1: Your normal working hours will be scheduled between 9.30am and 7.00pm, Monday to Friday.
