Estates Operations ManagerLocation: BerkshireOverviewA leading NHS organisation is seeking a Estates Operations Manager to lead the delivery of safe, compliant and high-performing estates services across a large healthcare portfolio.This is a leadership role responsible for operational estates, compliance, backlog maintenance and the management of a multidisciplinary workforce across acute and community settings.Key ResponsibilitiesLead estates operations ensuring full statutory compliance (HTM, HandS, PPM/SPM) across all sitesManage reactive and planned maintenance programmes to maintain estate condition standardsOversee a multiskilled estates team delivering 24/7 servicesTake responsibility for budgets, cost improvement plans and contractor managementDrive delivery of backlog reduction and minor capital works programmesProvide expert advice to senior stakeholders on compliance, risk and estates strategyEnsure robust audit, KPI reporting and governance processes are in placeSupport wider estates initiatives including sustainability and infrastructure improvementsRequirementsSignificant estates management experience (NHS or complex environment)Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, HTMs and estates governanceProven experience managing budgets, contracts and multidisciplinary teamsAbility to lead change, workforce transformation and service improvementHealth and Safety qualification (e.g. NEBOSH / IOSH) ..... full job details .....
