This is a hands-on role suited to someone with estates, facilities, maintenance or trade experience who can work confidently across a busy multi-user environment. The RoleCarry out and coordinate day-to-day maintenance activitiesIdentify and report hazards, defects and maintenance issuesLiaise with contractors and colleagues to support operational improvementsUse helpdesk, maintenance and IT systems to manage requestsSupport environments undergoing maintenance and building worksHelp maintain high standards of health, safety and compliancePrioritise workload and respond effectively to operational requirements Essential RequirementsLevel 2 trade qualification and/or relevant estates, facilities or maintenance experienceExperience delivering maintenance in a multi-user environmentExperience working with contractors and external suppliersExperience working in environments undergoing maintenance or building worksExperience using IT systems, email, helpdesk and maintenance softwareExperience working with children and/or vulnerable adultsKnowledge of health and safety, including fire safety, manual handling and COSHH, or willingness to trainStrong organisation, communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part ..... full job details .....
