Estates ManagerSalary: 35,000- 45,000 per annumFull-time 36 hours per weekWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Trust Estates Manager to provide strategic leadership across the estates and facilities of a growing multi-academy trust.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced estates, facilities or property professional to take responsibility for a diverse school estate, ensuring that buildings, grounds and facilities provide safe, effective and inspiring environments for pupils and staff.Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will work strategically with senior leaders across the Trust while also providing hands-on leadership to site and caretaking teams.The RoleAs Trust Estates Manager, you will oversee the management, maintenance and development of the Trust''s estates across multiple schools.Your responsibilities will include:Providing strategic leadership of the Trust''s estates and facilities function.Managing and supporting site, premises and caretaking teams across the Trust.Overseeing external contractors and facilities management services, including cleaning, catering, grounds maintenance and hard and soft FM.Managing and quality-assuring premises-related contracts and services.Project managing building works, refurbishments and estates projects.Supporting the CFO with capital investment planning and long-term estates strategy.Managing and monitoring premises and estates budgets.About YouWe are looking for an experienced estates or ..... full job details .....
