This role ensures that the school provides a safe, secure, well-maintained, and effective environment for pupils, staff, and visitors. Day-to-day of the role: Lead and manage the Estates and Operations function, ensuring a professional, responsive, and high-quality service. Line manage the Estates/Caretaking team, Minibus team, and the Administration team. Provide direction, supervision, support, and motivation to team members, ensuring work is completed to the required standard.
