      <description>Location: London | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Estates Manager Location: London WC1 (Hybrid Working)Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + Benefits We are seeking an experienced Estates Manager to oversee the maintenance, refurbishment and operational management of a large student accommodation estate housing over 800 international students in central London.  Reporting to the Head of Estates, you will lead a team of Fabric Technicians, Painters and Porters, ensuring the effective delivery of planned and reactive building maintenance, annual refurbishment programmes, contractor management and compliance activities.  Key Responsibilities  Manage planned and reactive building fabric maintenance across the estate.  Deliver annual refurbishment programmes for student accommodation and communal facilities.  Lead and develop an in-house maintenance team and specialist contractors.  Oversee minor works projects, procurement, tendering and budget management Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and building regulations Manage service providers including lifts, grounds maintenance and pest control.
