Estates Manager

Queen''s College, London - one of the UK''s leading independent day schools for girls, located in the heart of the West End - seeks to appoint a highly capable and motivated Estates Manager to oversee the operational management of our historic campus. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and developing the College''s Grade II listed estate, ensuring it provides a safe, efficient, and inspiring environment for learning. The successful candidate will: Bring significant experience in estates management within a comparable setting; Have strong technical knowledge of compliance, maintenance, and health and safety; Demonstrate excellent project management, IT/ Systems, budgeting, and leadership skills; Be proactive, hands-on, and committed to excellence and sustainability. You will lead a dedicated in-house site team and manage a range of contractors, ensuring the smooth running and future development of the estate.
