You will assess building condition, identify and prioritise maintenance requirements and manage a programme of repair, refurbishment and capital improvement projects from inception through to completion.This is not a Health and Safety Advisor position. While an appropriate understanding of CDM and construction-related compliance is required, the core focus of the position is estates, buildings and project delivery.Why could this be the role for you?
