Salary: Up to £70,000 DOE + benefits
The RoleWe''re looking for an Estates Manager with strong FM and property management experience to oversee a high-profile London estate. You''ll take ownership of day-to-day operations, service charge budgets, and contractor management, ensuring the estate is safe, compliant, and running to the highest standard.
Responsibilities
Lead FM service delivery (hard and soft) across the estate portfolio.
Manage multi-million-pound service charge budgets, driving cost efficiency and value.
Ensure full health and safety compliance, risk management, and statutory obligations.
Build strong stakeholder relationships with landlords, occupiers, contractors, and local authorities.
Deliver lifecycle and asset management strategies, ensuring long-term estate performance.
Oversee tendering, contracts, and supplier SLAs/KPIs.
Drive sustainability, ESG, and community engagement initiatives.
What We''re Looking For
Minimum 5 years'' experience running an estate/portfolio in a property management/FM environment.
Solid background in budgeting, service charges, and stakeholder engagement.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and manage contractors.
Qualifications (desirable)
IOSH/NEBOSH
IWFM Level 4+
RICS accreditation or related property qualification
Excellent communicator, able to operate at both occupier and board level.
