You will ensure that buildings, infrastructure, and associated services are safe, compliant, fit for purpose, and support the organisation''s operational objectives.Key responsibilities will include:Managing the day-to-day operation of the estate, ensuring high standards of service delivery.Overseeing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance programmes.Managing contractors, suppliers, and facilities service providers, ensuring performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs.Ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, including Health and Safety, Fire Safety, and Building Compliance.Managing capital works, refurbishment projects, office relocations, and estate improvement initiatives.Developing and managing budgets, monitoring expenditure, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.Producing reports, asset management plans, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.Building and maintaining strong ..... full job details .....
