This is a broad role covering everything from lease renewals, rent reviews, acquisitions and disposals through to landlord and tenant matters, disputes, dilapidations, tenancy agreements and property-related legal issues. You''ll also: Manage day-to-day estates and landlord relationships Negotiate leases, renewals and transactions Manage commercial and residential lettings Oversee business rates and dilapidations Work closely with Legal, Finance, Operations and Maintenance Manage solicitors, agents, surveyors and other external advisers Identify opportunities to improve the value and performance of the estate Manage and support one Property ..... full job details .....
