Estates ManagerPermanentLocation: West MidlandsAbout the RoleA further education provider in the West Midlands is looking for an experienced Estates Manager to lead the operational management of its facilities and estates services. This is a senior role suited to someone with a strong track record in estates or facilities leadership within a large and complex organisation.You''ll take ownership of contracted services, campus safety and compliance, and the budgets and projects that keep the estate running smoothly. Working closely with senior leaders and external providers, you''ll lead a team and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the estate.Your responsibilities will include:Managing facilities management services and external contractors, including monitoring KPIs, SLAs and contractual compliance.Overseeing campus safety, security, maintenance and statutory compliance.Managing budgets, resources and estates-related projects.Leading and developing staff, driving service improvements and promoting sustainability.Working closely with senior leaders and external providers to ensure high-quality estates services.What We''re Looking ForEssential:A recognised estates management qualification, or significant relevant experienceA vocational qualification in a facilities management-related disciplineSubstantial senior operational management experienceExperience managing budgets and leading teamsA strong understanding of estates/facilities management and health and ..... full job details .....
