Working with the senior estates and health and safety lead, you''ll support facilities and compliance services across several school sites. You''ll coordinate maintenance and contractors, assist with projects and help improve how estates services are delivered. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites. Organising contractors and specialist suppliers, and monitoring the quality and timeliness of their work. Supporting building and refurbishment projects, tracking progress and helping ensure work meets required standards. Assisting with purchasing, purchase orders, budgets and financial records.
