Estates Manager - Children and Adult Social Care

We''re looking for an experienced and highly organised Estates Manager to take strategic and operational responsibility for our growing portfolio of residential properties across children and adult social care. It is a senior role with responsibility for ensuring that our homes are safe, compliant, well maintained and genuinely great places to live and work. Our priorities are not simply buildings. They are the homes of the children, young people and adults we support. We therefore expect exceptionally high standards across maintenance, safety, presentation and the overall living environment. As we continue to grow, the Estates Manager will oversee the complete property lifecycle, from identifying and preparing new properties for registration through to ongoing maintenance, statutory compliance, refurbishment and capital projects.
