Reporting to the Estate Foreman, you''ll have a varied, practical role covering: General building and carpentry repairs Planned and reactive estate maintenance Refurbishment and improvement projects Working with external contractors Liaising with tenants and the wider residential community We''re looking for someone with plumbing, carpentry and general maintenance experience, a proactive attitude and strong practical skills. You''ll need to be a confident communicator, reliable team player and hold a full UK driving licence.
