From carrying out repairs and maintenance to supporting school events and ensuring the site is safe and secure, you''ll play an important part in the day-to-day running of the school.The RoleAs part of the Estates team, your responsibilities will include:Carrying out general repairs and maintenance across the school siteMaintaining fixtures, fittings, lighting and external areasEnsuring the school remains safe, secure, clean and well presentedOpening and locking the school buildings as requiredSetting up classrooms, halls and facilities for school events and activitiesSupporting with swimming pool water testing and monitoring (training provided where required)Completing general porterage duties, including moving furniture and equipmentAssisting with grounds maintenance, including leaf clearance, play area upkeep and external cleaningDriving the school''s minibuses and other estates vehicles when requiredCarrying out Portable ..... full job details .....
