from families and friends reconnecting, to wellness retreats and corporate gatherings. Each stay is tailored, private, and immersed in the tranquillity of nature.As we grow, we are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Estate and Guest Experience Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will ensure our guests feel truly welcomed and cared for, while maintaining the exceptional standards of our estate.About the RoleYoull be the face of the Manor

ensuring our guests feel valued from the moment they arrive. As a key part of our operations, you will help structure and manage estate services, oversee a small team of support staff, and take pride in keeping the Manor immaculate and welcoming at all times.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is emotionally intelligent, and brings a proactive approach to hospitality and estate management.Key ResponsibilitiesHost and welcome groups of guests, ensuring a five-star guest experienceManage a small team (cleaners, overnight hosts, and support staff)Ensure the Manor is always guest-ready

pristine, welcoming, and secureServe continental breakfast, drinks, and prepare simple meals when requiredMaintain a strong working relationship with the wider estate team (gardener, builder, senior management)Oversee housekeeping standards and stock controlComplete regular health and safety and fire safety checksHandle minor maintenance tasks around the house (e.g., windows, repairs)Be available to respond to guest needs or emergencies as requiredLive on-site or locally to maintain a consistent presence during guest staysWhat Were Looking ForExperience and SkillsBackground in luxury hospitality or estate managementExperience managing teams or small operationsEmotionally intelligent, with excellent communication skillsHigh attention to detail and presentationFirst aid qualified (or willing to undertake training)Full clean UK driving licencePersonal QualitiesWarm, approachable, and guest-focusedCalm under pressure and solution-orientedDiscreet, trustworthy, and professionalComfortable living in or near a rural estatePassionate about nature, the outdoors, and countryside livingFlexible, with a strong sense of responsibility and pride in their workWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryAccommodation (for live-in candidates) or local relocation supportA supportive, family-run working environmentOpportunity to grow with a unique and exciting businessThe chance to be part of something truly special in the Norfolk countrysideInterested?Wed love to hear from you.
