Each stay is tailored, private, and immersed in the tranquillity of nature.As we grow, we are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Estate and Guest Experience Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will ensure our guests feel truly welcomed and cared for, while maintaining the exceptional standards of our estate.About the RoleYoull be the face of the Manor

ensuring our guests feel valued from the moment they arrive. As a key part of our operations, you will help structure and manage estate services, oversee a small team of support staff, and take pride in keeping the Manor immaculate and welcoming at all times.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is emotionally intelligent, and brings a proactive approach to hospitality and estate management.Key ResponsibilitiesHost and welcome groups of guests, ensuring a five-star guest experienceManage a small team (cleaners, overnight hosts, and support staff)Ensure the Manor is always guest-ready
