Location: Hybrid (Several Locations)Salary: Competitive + Excellent BenefitsPermanent Full-Time The Opportunity An established and highly successful residential property organisation is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join its legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancing professional with experience in plot sales or residential property transactions to join a busy and supportive environment where you will play a key role in managing a high-volume caseload of new-build property sales. Working closely with internal sales, technical, and operational teams, you will be responsible for overseeing the progression of plot sale transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey while supporting wider business objectives. Key Responsibilities Manage a busy caseload of plot sale transactions from reservation through to completion. Prepare and issue draft contract packs and deal with pre-contract enquiries. Monitor and progress transactions to meet exchange and completion targets. Liaise with solicitors, purchasers, lenders, sales teams, and other key stakeholders throughout the conveyancing process. Conduct purchaser due diligence and assist with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance requirements, including source of funds reviews.
